A safari in Tanzania has recently noticed how Stephanie Clements, BSN, RN, Chesterfield on 28 April, Mo. The main nurse of based Merce is getting closer to his infection for the executive.
Ms. Clements currently act as a Community Chief Nursing Officer for Oklahoma Hospitals in Merce and as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Merce Hospital Oklahoma City, where she leads about 2,400 nurses. Her new role is in Mercy’s clinics and 50 hospitals in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, where she will lead more than 15,000 nurses.
In an interview of April 11 BakerMs. Clements attracted a parallel between her 30 -year leadership development and a safari experience, before the mission work in East Africa.

In 1994, Ms. Clements started her nursing career as a labor and distribution nurse in Texas. He has worked in many specialties – including outpatient infusions, periaporative services, newborn intensive care unit and medical surgical nursing – and charge nurses, house supervisors and unit managers.
As a charge nurse, Ms. Clements said she was constantly “setting fire on day-to-day operation.”
After going into an operating role, he received a comprehensive approach to supporting services to environmental services and food services. Now, his focus is anticipating future needs, including an increase in healthcare distributed in outpatients and home settings.
The Ms. Clements and other systems are planned for the upcoming financial year as officials and for the next five years, saying that she is bending over the legacy of Mercy’s statement of nearly 200 years of mission: “As sisters of mercy in front of us, we bring Jesus’ Ministry of Treatment through our compassionate care and extraordinary service.”
“I would never have thought that this is the place where God may have led me 30 years ago,” said Ms. Clements. “I really wanted to take care of the people. It has evolved over time, and I think I bring that unique perspective, serving so many different levels. I will be honored that nurses in Mercy have trusted me to be my tour guide through the next chapter of this journey.”
