3 Dividend Stocks Down 20% or More to Buy Hand Over Fist Right Now

Income investors can see a half-perfect water cosmic glass amidst intensive stock market volatility. Unrest offers a great opportunity to scoop shares of companies paying solid dividends.

Some of those occasions look particularly attractive. Here three dividend stocks are to buy hands on the fist below 20% or more.

1. Energy transfer LP

Energy Transfer LP (ET 1.64%, This list is on the bubble to qualify. Limited partnership (LP) units have fallen more than 20% of the last high from the previous high earlier this year. I think energy transfer is oversold, though.

The business of this midstream energy leader should be caught quite well, even if it is the standing tariff of President Trump. Fortunately for energy transfer (and its unitholders), its revenue does not cause ups and downs depending on the prices of oil and gas that flow through its pipelines.

Even better, the demand for company pipelines and other midstream assets should increase in the next several years. Increasing Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires more data centers, requiring too much electricity. Natural gas is a top source of fuel for power plants that produce electricity required by data centers.

Meanwhile, energy transfer provides an extraordinary juicy forward distribution yield of 7.73%. LP hopes to increase its distribution from 3% to 5% annually.

This cell-off has made Oxy a bargain to my view. Its forward price-to-kamai is now at 11.8. average S&P 500 Energy stock trades 13.6 times further earnings.

Warren Buffett wrote Berkshire Hathaway Last year shareholder, “We prefer giant oil and gas holdings in the United States, especially (oxidantl), as well as its lead in carbon-capture initiative, although the economic viability of this technique has not yet been proved.” I agree to take Buffett on Oxy. It is appealing to the company’s industry status and carbon capture and storage technology.

I do not think it is surprising that Buffett listed Oxidantal as one of the only handful shares, which he plans to “maintain indefinitely.” I also hope that mythological investors will buy more shares of oxy, as they have done in most quarters since the beginning of 2022.

A positive side effects of the cell-off of oxidantal are that its dividend is more attractive than being in some time. Oxy’s forward dividend yield is now above 2.5%.

3. United parcel service

Share of United Parcel Service (Above -2.21%, About 27% has fallen below high from the beginning of this year. The stock of the package delivery company is almost at the same level during the early part of the Kovid -19 epidemic in 2020. I think UPS is a better investment option than its stock chart show.

Many investors are worried that UPS is reducing its quantity HeroicThe company’s largest customer, over 50% until the second half of 2026. However, I understand the argument behind this shocking step. UPS does not generate as much profit margins from Amazon business as it wants. The management believes that the company will become more profitable by cutting the costs related to supporting Amazon, changing some of the lost business with high-margin shipments.

I think UPS business will be well in the long term. There are more obstacles to compete against the company. The need for increase in tight supply chains and e-commerce should provide tailwinds for UPS.

Income investors should like the forward dividend yield of UPS 6.65%. And they should love that the company has increased its dividend payment for 16 consecutive years and has not cut its dividend since its initial public offering in 1999.
